Domestic Policy for India

1. SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Shipping time is 5-7 working days for ‘Available in Stock’ items and 20 business days for Make to order items. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
  • Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10am to 6.30pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
  • For Standard Shipping (free shipping) we use BVC Logistics,Sequel Logistics, DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.

2. CANCELLELATION

  • For cancellation request, customer requires to login in an account.
  • In order to cancel an order, Shwenit Jewels Pvt. Ltd. must be contacted within 72 hours of order placement either via email or via the order cancellation request form. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
  • If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged. The applicable restocking fee (20%) will be charged on order value.

3. RETURN AND REFUND

  • 7- days Return Policy for India only: For return request, complete and submit the return order request form within 07 days from the date of order delivery. In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and certificate. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us
  • Once your returned item is received, our quality assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Shwenit Jewels Pvt. Ltd.), or damaged from customer’s side fall in rejection refund category. The customer will be informed for the final decision by e-mail.
  • If your return is approved,then refund will be processed within 6-7 business days from when we receive the return package. The customer will be informed for approval acceptance and refund by e-mail.

4. EXCHANGE

  • Currently, we do not accept any exchange request.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards and net banking.
  • We reserve the right to modify this shipping/cancellation/return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
