International Policy


  • All the items listed in store will be made to order for customer, it will take us 2 business weeks of time to make any jewellery forcustomer.
  • We use reputed logistics services such as FedEx, Malca-Amit, DHL & other well-known logistic service providers for shipping the product including insurance.
  • For Express Shipping we charge minimum 50 USD and maximum 100 USD as an additional charge. Tracking details will be available after 24-48 hours of shipment. It takes normally 7-9 working days for product delivery.
  • For Standard Shipping (free shipping) we use EMS India Post/USPS, which will take 22-25 days for delivery.
  • If the delivery of shipment may be delayed by customs or severe weather conditions then Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd. will not be responsible for it, as we Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd. has no control over it.
  • Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Customers/Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, gst, vat whichever is applicable in their countries.
  • If the buyer holds shipment from their side due to some reasons and after that, the shipping courier does not resume dispatch the parcel timely or may lose or damaged we're not responsible for that because we've already gone through the process and share tracking number so that buyer can track easily on daily basis. In this case, the receiver has to resolve this by contacting the shipping courier, whichever we use.
  • If we track your jewellery is marked as the ship as per tracking number info. We will consider it has been successfully delivered to your address still, you will claim you not got your order you have to contact your local shipping company for clarification in that case we are not responsible for parcel lost or damage.


  • For cancellation request, customer requires to login in an account.
  • In order to cancel an order, Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd. must be contacted within 72 hours of order placement either via email or via the order cancellation request form. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
  • If work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged. The applicable restocking fee (20%) will be charged on order value.


  • For return request, customer requires to login in an account.
  • Complete and submit the return order request form within 07 days from the date of order delivery. Once the return order request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back according to the instructions provided. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Once your returned item is received, our quality assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd.), or damaged fall in rejection refund category. The customer will be informed for the final decision by e-mail.
  • If your return is approved,then refund will be processed within 6 - 7 business days from when we receive the return package. The customer will be informed for approval acceptance and refund by e-mail.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items, customized orders and engraved jewellery items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Currently, we do not accept any exchange request.


  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit or if your card is declined, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified.
  • Checkout with PayPal: Complete your Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd. purchase using information from your PayPal account.
  • Bank Wire: Bank wires are available for all orders over $500 USD. After you place your bank wire order, Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd. will give you the account information you will need to provide to your bank in order to transfer funds from your account directly to a ‘Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd.’ account. It may take a few days for your bank to process the bank wire. Once your bank has transferred the funds, Shwenit Jewels Pvt.Ltd. is immediately notified, you will receive a confirmation, and your order is processed. Order times may vary based on receipt of bank wire payment.
  • We reserve the right to modify this shipping/cancellation/return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
